June and Declan were antagonists throughout high school. However, June has an additional problem; when she enters the work life, no matter where she gets a job, her father steps in and buys the company. Ever since he bought out June's mother from the marriage and paid to gain custody of June, he has had control over her. Now, June finds a TV station that her father legally cannot purchase and convinces them to let her work there. The problem is that it turns out Declan also works there.
